Campbell Wright leads the ANZ Australian Customer Contact Centre. The ANZ Customer Contact Centre manages 30million customer interactions every year across 3 sites; Melbourne, Manila and Wellington. The Contact Centre is responsible for all inbound contact for retail customers. This includes digital and social media servicing along with the inbound sales. The team also owns the remote home lending experience for ANZ. The Customer Contact Centre is focused on simplifying and making it easier for customers to do their banking and to create a great development path for bankers into the wider bank. Prior to this role Campbell lead the ANZ New Zealand Contact Centre and the Merchant Acquiring Cards business. Campbell has a strong background in strategic transformation of end-to-end businesses, largely in the Financial Services Sector.
