Job Title: Customer Experience Enterprise Manager
Richard was appointed to the role of Enterprise Customer Experience Manager for IAG NZ in December 2017. Responsible for developing and leading out Customer Promises across IAG NZ and working across the business to remove friction, address customer feedback and continuously improve people and customer experiences.
Prior to this, Richard has worked across the financial services, utility and education sectors within the UK and NZ. He has held a number of senior Marketing Communications, Brand, Sponsorship, Internal Communications and Customer Experience roles.
Richard’s passion is listening to and addressing customer and employee feedback via Voice of Customer / Voice of Employee programmes. He is currently enjoying building his design sprint and Human Centred Design capability.
