Kieran is the Head of Customer at Z Energy responsible for bringing together insights, data, analytics and customer experience design in one place. Kieran has experience across a range of industries in various strategy and customer roles including banking, airlines, transport, local government and sport (cycling), working in both the public and private sectors.
Kieran’s focus in on connecting the worlds of small data (getting close up and talking to and observing customers) and big data analytics in order to design and measure customer experiences that create true loyalty.
